Rayglass is confident that our vessels are the best in the world. We reckon the fact that so many of our customers own several of our boats throughout their lives is perfect proof of that.
One such client is a North Island-based customer who purchased their first Rayglass (and the first ever Rayglass 730) way back in 1995 from Tony Hembrow. Recently that customer took delivery of their third Rayglass Boat.
Our client uses his beautifully maintained Rayglass 730 for lake boating. He’s previously owed a Rayglass 3500 since 2017, which he keeps in a marina for sea fishing and cruising.
He chose his latest boat - a stunning Rayglass 3000 aptly named You Beauty - to combine the best of these two vessels. He can now tow an extremely capable and luxurious vessel from lake to ocean, up and down the entire length of New Zealand.
This is exactly what the 3000 was designed for. It's big enough for serious fishing, family fun and long-term overnighting, but compact enough to easily tow wherever you’re headed. It rides smooth in any water thanks to a longer hull and features all the comforts of home.
We can already tell our client is going to be doing some serious adventuring up and down the country in his new vessel. This 3000 is fully equipped as a camper on the sea with a full camping pack, which turns the back of the vessel into a fully enclosed space with enough seating for the entire family.
It also features a diesel heater for South Island adventures and winter evenings. There’s additional fold down transom seats to accommodate larger groups, plus extended bow rails and adjustable d-rails on the transom, which provide extra safe spaces for fishing.
There’s even a satellite TV included so that our client never has to miss an episode of Coro!
