Check out Radicole: An ultra-premium Rayglass Legend 2500

The Rayglass Legend 2500 is our most versatile vessel, and New Zealand’s most awarded boat ever. It’s got space for days on its deck, a comfortable and roomy cabin that can sleep three, a generous galley and all the comforts of a beach house at sea. 

That’s why we were so excited to complete an ultra-premium build and fitout on Radicole - a 2500 owned by a couple of boating mad Aucklanders. 

Introducing Radicole

We think you’ll agree, Radicole is an impressive vessel. She’s a capable boat, built for serious overnighting and fishing, but is equally suited to entertaining and relaxing thanks to luxurious finishes and thoughtful touches.

Radicole is powered by two Mercury V6 200 horsepower engines, which make her incredibly quick on the water. And thanks to its advanced, unsinkable hull design, she provides an effortless, high performance ride in all weather. 

If you’re looking for a vessel to explore New Zealand’s coastline and reel in big fish, you won’t find a better option than a highly spec’d 2500 like Radicole. 

Tough luxury

Radicole’s got a few features that make her both more luxurious and more practical than your average vessel. 

For one, she’s fitted with Rayglass’s new premium upholstery package. This plush feature gives all of the vessels seating and soft furnishings the look of a European sports car, with diamond stitching and soft leather. 

On top of that, there’s Seadek flooring throughout the vessel, which looks great but is also incredibly tough, lasting for years even with heavy use. In the cabin, there’s a cozy double bed with a stretcher bed that can be added to accommodate extra passengers. 

There’s also a separate toilet and a full kitchen with fridge, stove top and sink, which makes overnighting on Radicole an absolute breeze. 

A summer of adventure

Radicole’s new owners are seriously excited to get out and explore the Hauraki Gulf and reel in some big fish this summer. They’re storing the vessel at Orams Marine Village just out of Auckland’s CBD and hope to get out on the water as much as possible, as soon as possible. 

We’re keeping our fingers crossed for good weather and calm seas for Radicole’s summer adventures, and can’t wait to see her in action.
